Origin & Coverage

  • Shipping origin: Shenzhen.

  • Coverage: We ship worldwide, except to sanctioned destinations and remote islands where service is unavailable.

Carriers

  • We use USPS, DHL, and FedEx for international shipping (selected based on destination, weight/volume, and available rates).

Order Processing

  • Processing time: 3–4 business days from payment confirmation.

  • Operating hours: Mon–Sat 09:00–19:00 and Sunday until 16:00 (origin local time).

Estimated Transit Times

  • After dispatch: 7–10 days (estimate).

  • Actual delivery times may vary due to destination, seasonal volume, weather, and customs clearance.

Important: Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are always paid by the customer.

  • Any duties, taxes, or customs fees (if applicable) are the recipient’s responsibility and may be collected upon delivery.

Tracking

  • We will send your tracking number automatically via email once the order is shipped.

  • Tracking may take time to update until the parcel is scanned by the carrier.

Combined Shipments

  • We can combine multiple products into one shipment when possible. In some cases, items may ship separately depending on availability/logistics.

Address Changes

  • You may request an address change within 1 day after purchase.

  • After that window, the order may be in process and we might not be able to modify it.

Failed Deliveries

  • If delivery fails, the carrier may attempt redelivery or hold the parcel for pickup (per carrier policy).

  • Reshipment or return costs due to incorrect address, refusal, or repeated absence may be charged to the customer.

Damages, Shortages, or Non-Delivery

  • If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of receipt and include photos of the packaging, label, and product.

  • If your order does not arrive and 30 days pass without a meaningful tracking update, contact us so we can open an investigation.

  • We will handle the claim with the carrier and keep you updated.

Restrictions

  • We do not ship to sanctioned countries or remote islands without carrier service. Some items may have transport restrictions under international shipping rules.

Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are handled under our Returns Policy.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the error is ours).
