Processing time: 3–4 business days from payment confirmation.

Operating hours: Mon–Sat 09:00–19:00 and Sunday until 16:00 (origin local time).

Shipping Costs

Tracking

We will send your tracking number automatically via email once the order is shipped.

Combined Shipments

We can combine multiple products into one shipment when possible. In some cases, items may ship separately depending on availability/logistics.
Address Changes

You may request an address change within 1 day after purchase.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails, the carrier may attempt redelivery or hold the parcel for pickup (per carrier policy).

Damages, Shortages, or Non-Delivery
